MoonRise Community Wellness is a safe space for those suffering the disease of addiction. You do not need to be a client to use our harm reduction services and/or education. Please see the following on what offer, when we offer, and how it is offered. *Please be advised that our needle exchange walk-in program will not be available until July 1st

CONFIDENTIAL on-site weekly needle exchange program every Tuesday at 12pm-1pm(MT) you do not need to be a client to participate. Needles must be disposed by you in our sharps container before handed cleaning kit with new needles. 

*Must attend the free harm reduction class before participating in needle exchange per state and county regulations and codes. 

*Must be actively enrolled in our free harm reduction course(s) during the duration of using our on-site service per state and county regulations and codes.

*If you do not have access to be able to attend the required class online (one time requirement only) or have access to the online courses please walk-in not during active exchange hours and we will provide in-person class, and provide you with the courses via paper in a 3 ring binder, must show active participation in the courses during your exchange.

ON-SITE NARCAN TO TAKE FOR YOUR NEEDS NO QUESTIONS ASKED FREE (AS DONATIONS ALLOW, THIS IS NOT A GUARANTEED ITEM) *PER STATE CODE WE HAVE NARCAN ON-SITE 24/7 FOR STAFF TO USE FOR EMERGENCIES ONLY. THIS IS NOT NARCAN THAT IS TO BE GIVEN TO THE COMMUNITY AND CAN ONLY BE ADMINISTERED BY TRAINED ON-SITE STAFF.
