MoonRise Community Outreach is excited to announce they will be going out into the community to hand out gift cards/donations/ect to those who are living their normal life in society to raise awareness that an act of kindness can spread into a systemic change of humanity as a whole. Effective June 1st

Community Outreach delivers requests of donated items to those who for whatever reason may not have the ability to have transportation of any kind. *We kindly ask that if you have access to transportation of any kind and are needing items to please reach out to our intake coordinator or if you are a client that you reach out to your assigned case manager.
